Anxiety, a train that goes nowhere.
Boarding requires only a thought or a word.
On board, the sensation and emotions are always the same.
Some get off with a pill, others get off with help.
Some get off for a short time, other don’t get off at all.
Continually looking for help from outside, they continue to ride the train to nowhere.
All the while, being unaware that they are the engineer.

Anxiety is what consumes our lives little by little. We have the solution in our mind. A reflection to consider. The photo is the best.

Very true, consumed slowly but surely, only we can confront this beast. The photo was taken on a hike in Oregon.

Whatever we are anxious about is a signal or indication of what is upsetting us and we have to change direction or learn to deal with it.
